Mehdi Sinaki is a corporate transactional lawyer, advising a diverse clientele—from startups to public companies—on complex commercial, corporate, M&A, and real estate transactions. His practice spans sectors including real estate, manufacturing, healthcare, media, technology, and entertainment, where he facilitates deals aligned with each client’s long-term operational objectives and growth goals.

In addition to his legal practice, Mehdi is an adjunct professor at USC Gould School of Law and USC’s Sol Price School of Public Policy, where he teaches courses in corporate and real estate law within the Master of Real Estate Development program.

His leadership experience includes serving on the board of directors of Kheir Clinic, a vital organization dedicated to expanding healthcare and social services in underserved communities. Mehdi also sits on M&R’s Audit & Risk Committee and frequently contributes thought leadership to legal publications, including Law360 and the Daily Journal.
