His industry experience spans hospitality, media, energy, and blockchain, giving him a wellrounded view of market dynamics and deal structuring.

In the capital markets arena, Gerad has counseled public and private companies through IPOs and other public and private debt and equity financings valued at more than $1.3 billion. Clients also trust him to facilitate compliance with applicable federal and state laws and stock exchange rules.

Before practicing law, Gerad held multiple roles at Lennar Corporation, a Fortune 200 homebuilder, and served as Director of Marketing for a Chicago-based restaurant group—experiences that continue to inform his strategic approach to transactions that help his clients grow.
