We’ve taken over the 31st floor at 717 Texas, a 33-story, 697,541-square-foot office tower nestled in Houston’s vibrant northern Downtown, just steps away from the Theater District and the historic Market Square Park.Our much larger footprint—which spans 17 offices, conference rooms, a café and open workspaces—will accommodate M&R Houston’s measured growth going forward, all under the watchful eye of our Office Managing Partner there, Lauren Varnado. The expanded office will also continue to serve as the national hub for M&R’s energy-related practice, including our sought-after oil and gas litigation work.Firm leadership—Sanford Michelman, Dana Kravetz and Lauren Varnado—sees the expansion as a demonstration of our commitment to the market and recruitment in Houston, specifically, and throughout the Southwest more broadly.
